Waiting in the Word: LENTEN LEADER'S BUNDLE

Join us this Lent as we dive into scripture and deal with some of the struggles we all share as mothers: selfishness, frustrations, judgment, envy, failure and anxiety. This study is based on lectio divina, an ancient practice of slowly and deliberately reading scripture, a practice that can be so fruitful! Together let's work to leave these sins behind and instead embrace sacrifice, forgiveness, love, gratitude, humility and surrender.

This LEADER'S BUNDLE includes everything in the mother's bundle (see below) as well as a Leader Guide.  This Leader's Guide contains an agenda for 6 group meetings that will discuss each of the weekly topics of the study.

The Mother's bundle includes a 55 page study. The study will guide you through lectio divina as well as offer you reflections from mothers who are right there in the trenches with you. Each week you will also be asked to mediate on 5 different scripture verses selected specifically for that's week's topic.

The bundle also includes a 50 page journal to aid in the lectio divina process. Each day's scripture is giving a separate page with plenty of room for you to journal and make meaning resolutions.

Finally, we have made a special bookmark for you to print and use this Lenten season. The bookmark also lists the steps of lectio divinia and is meant to live in your Bible throughout the study.
